Booking Policy

This Booking Policy sets out how bookings work with The Mileage Man. 1. How to book Bookings can be requested via: • Our online "Get A Quote" form • Phone or text message: 07552 904735 2. Confirmation A booking is confirmed when we have agreed a date, time and location in writing (text message or our online system). Until we confirm, no booking is in place. 3. Information required To book a service we need: • Your name and contact details • Vehicle make, model and registration • A description of the fault or service required • The address where the vehicle will be located on the day 4. Day of the booking Please make sure that: • The vehicle is accessible to our mobile workshop • The vehicle battery has reasonable charge • The vehicle is in a safe and legal location for us to work on • Keys and any relevant codes (e.g. radio codes) are available 5. Late arrival or no-access If we cannot access the vehicle on arrival, or have to wait more than 15 minutes without a reasonable explanation, we may charge a wasted-journey fee. We will always try to call you before leaving. 6. Deposits For larger or parts-based jobs we may require a deposit at the point of booking. Deposits are deducted from the final invoice on completion. Refunds of deposits are subject to our Cancellation and Refund Policies. 7. Rescheduling You can reschedule a booking free of charge if you let us know at least 24 hours before the agreed slot. Inside 24 hours, rescheduling is at our discretion. Last updated: June 2026.
