Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains when refunds may be available for services provided by The Mileage Man. 1. Workmanship warranty We warrant our workmanship for 90 days from completion. If a fault directly attributable to our work occurs within that period, we will return free of charge to investigate and, where confirmed, to put right. 2. Parts Where a part has been supplied as part of a repair, the manufacturer's warranty applies. We will support warranty claims on your behalf where possible. Parts that have been fitted and used are not generally refundable unless faulty. 3. Diagnostic work Diagnostic time is chargeable whether or not a fault is ultimately repairable, because the equipment, knowledge and time used is the same regardless of outcome. Where a quoted diagnostic fee applies, it is non-refundable once work has begun. 4. Deposits Deposits are refundable under the terms of our Cancellation Policy. Deposits used to order parts may be non-refundable to the extent that the parts cannot be returned to the supplier. 5. Refund method Refunds are paid back to the original payment method within 14 days of the refund being agreed. 6. How to request a refund Please contact us on 07552 904735 with your name, booking date and a brief description of the issue. We aim to respond within 3 working days. 7. Statutory rights This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Last updated: June 2026.
